Pedro Torres
Senior Transition Consultant | SRES® | Real Estate Strategic Advisor
Pedro Torres-Fernandez brings more than 20 years of experience in behavioral health, family support, crisis navigation, and strategic guidance. Throughout his career, he has worked with individuals and families facing difficult decisions, emotional stress, changing needs, and major life transitions.
Pedro believes that families make better decisions when they feel heard, understood, and supported—not pressured.
That experience shaped the foundation of Strategic Senior Transitions: listen before recommending, understand the whole situation, reduce uncertainty, and create a strategy that families can realistically follow.
As a Seniors Real Estate Specialist® and Real Estate Strategic Advisor, Pedro also understands the housing and real estate considerations that may arise during a senior transition. When real estate services are needed, those services are handled separately through his licensed real estate brokerage relationship.
Pedro’s role is to help families slow down, understand their options, identify priorities, and move forward with confidence, compassion, and dignity.
